U15 /U18 SPRING 2026 SMALL AREA SKILLS/SHOOTING AND SCORING DEVELOPMENT

This program is a hybrid program focussing on small area skating and puck skills in zone and moving the puck for scoring changes developing shooting and scoring technically and tactically. 

CORE SKILLS 

Skating and Edges, puck control , passing skill handles for various shot types and releases in the offensive zone. 

The program will develop efficient skating and puck control skills in small areas on the boards  and technical and tactical shooting. 

Tactical shooting meaning areas of the ice where certain shot types are highly utilised. 

Players will improve technical puck skills and shooting and learn how to move pucks and shoot pucks under pressure in tactical areas of the ice.  

Hockey Canada Certified Skill Development 

Come have fun and learn the finer details of the game from a Hockey Canada Master Skills Coach .  Ben Payne is certified at the pro level in technical and tactical shooting.
