Skating That Translates® Drill Pack 01 — Version 1.1

Teach players to load the inside leg and lean on the outside edge so the upper body stays open to the middle of the ice — the skating foundation for scanning while moving.

What is covered:

• Weight stack: transfer and hold weight on the inside leg
• Outside-edge lean to hold space and manage speed
• Eyes and chest open to the middle — scanning while moving
• Connection back to Module 01 progressions
• Full language legend: dissociation, weight stack, vision layers

Builds directly on Module 01. Puck application arrives in the tactical modules.
