Summer Camp Week 3

This camp is for Motivated High performance U20 and U18 ( junior /academy, college prep development.  This 1 session per day program places a heavy emphasis on defensive checking themes ( each day will have a specific defense and checking theme.  This camp is for both forwards and defensemen 

Session 1 will focussing on technical skating development routes and checking strategies ( angling gap control and forchecking ) 

Session 2 is a tactical battle compete session structured with small area games.
