POWER SKATING WEEK 1 U18 and U20 

This camp is a Powerskating camp focussing on Linear( up and down the ice)  Power, Stride and Efficiency .  This program places an emphasis on Forwards, Backwards linear skating..  At this camp we will focus skate blade engagement through proper posture, shin angle, ankle flexion to maximize players stride efficiency.
