SPRING BREAK 2025 (WEEK 2 ) U13 DEVELOPING DEFENCE

This program is a two session per day program for U13 birth years developing the Defensive Side of the game 

The first session is a technical skating  themed skill session focusing on controlled edges , stick and body position . 

The second session builds on the skills from the first session in game like scenarios and game play.
