Summer Camp Week 2 Edge Control

U11 and U13 GROUPS 

This Edge Work program will focus on change of pace and change of direction.   Some key components of emphasis are balance points , heel and toe edge rockering( pressure points)  ,for accelerating and decelerating.   Hand placement , stick placement ,posture will facilitate better puck control and puck placement.
