HIGH PERFORMANCE U18 DEVELOPING DEFENSE AND CHECKING SKILLS

This program emphasises the defensive side of the puck .  Players will learn and acquire skills required to defend and check.   These skills include,  defensive skating, defensive positioning , strong stick on puck skills and body position through battle and compete game play .
